It is believed that Islamic teachings epitomized by Imam Sadegh school of thought has such an extensive capacity that once discovered, clarified and actualized it can create a great transformation in the field of human sciences and techniques and above all in social sciences and humanities and thus it can lead to the training and raising of competent scholars.

London Open College (LOC) is incorporated independently as an Islamic Distance Learning Institution. LOC has one Call Centre in London, United Kingdom, to where all inquiries and applications should be addressed. LOC is not funded or controlled by any government and it is not a British HE/FE University/College nor does it award British qualifications. LOC is a private Islamic Distance Learning Institution. There is no residency requirement and it is not the College's function to be a residential learning centre. LOC is free from any unnecessary governmental interference and restrictions, allowing us to maintain our independence and to keep our fees at a reasonable level.
